What are your delivery costs & time frames?

SphynxBoyz offers $8.95 flat rate shipping on all domestic orders within Australia. International shipping to all other countries will be calculated at checkout and will depend on the item/s weight and destination country. International buyers are responsible for all duties and taxes payable at their destination country.

Domestic delivery is handled by Australia Post and is subject to their terms and conditions. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery in Australia. International shipping times will vary, but please allow up to 14 business days for delivery to most countries.

What payment methods do you accept?

SphynxBoyz accepts payments via PayPal and Bank Deposit (Australia only). Customers without an existing PayPal account can still pay using a credit or debit card and do not need to sign up. What is your returns policy?

SphynxBoyz's main priority is our customer's satisfaction. We will offer a refund or exchange on any unworn/unused items as per the stipulations in our Returns Policy

What are SphynxBoyz clothes made from?

Here at SphynxBoyz your cat's comfort and health are our top priority. For that reason we use ONLY cotton based fabrics to manufacture our garments. Therefore our clothes allow your cat's skin to breath and are soft and comfy on their delicate skin.

Will SphynxBoyz garments fit other breeds of cats?

SphynxBoyz garments have been specifically tailored to fit the Sphynx body type and to not hinder your cat’s mobility. They will also fit other breeds with similar body types and short hair, such as; Devon Rex, Cornish Rex, Siamese, Orientals, etc. This does not relate to Kitty Knickers (cat pants) or our cat hats and bandanas, as those items are designed to fit all breeds of cats weighing between 3kg to 8kg.

How do I wash and care for my SphynxBoyz clothes?

SphynxBoyz clothes are machine washable. We recommend turning them inside out, washing them with like colours on a cold setting, and line dry in the shade. Do NOT tumble dry, dry clean or bleach your SphynxBoyz garments.
